Berry Medley: the standard ratio, a few tablespoons of raspberry extract into the base (is that cheating?), Scotch-soaked raspberries + blackberries + blueberries added a couple minutes before the ice cream solidified. Hopefully the Scotch will prevent the fruit from being too frozen and hard.
